H.R  ;  Brief me something about yourself ?

Candidate  : As you know Sir, Mam ( If  He or She already knows you name )

My Name is Himanshu kumar and i am from Uttar Pradesh Ghazipur  but still  now  i am Staying Noida Sector 115 Uttar Pradesh with my family.

Right now i am Pursuing graduation  From IGNOU University.  and I have completed my 10th or 12th Standard from CBSE Board.

I have completed multiple diploma"s like Basic computer skill for Bal Sahyog , Web designing from APLL , Retail sales from IL&FS, Apparel from Adita Birla Group , English Spoken from English land also. 

In my family A part from my parents i have a elder sister and me also. father is Self Employed and mother is Homemaker and elder  Sister is right now doing post graduation from IGNOU And i am looking better opportunity in the IT, BPO  Industry,  I have overall 2yrs of Experience in the same Industry.

A part from my Hobbies I love travelling always I already visited many tourism places Like : Uttarakhand, Jammu, Assam, Kolkata, Agra, Rajasthan, and Jharkhand Also.

H.R ; tell me how did you spend your yesterday ?

Candidate :  Sir/mam Nothing Special happened in yesterday

 i woke up early in the morning around 7o clock  afterthat i got fresh and i went to nearest park for morning walk during the walk time i had Sweetlime juice also,  and i came back at my home around 8o clock. afterthat i brushed my teeth  and i took bath Afterthat i got  ready for the tution classes afterthat i worship the god and i had  Breakfast cup of tea with  bread afterthat  i went to father's office to dropped him by my vehicle afterthat i went  in my insitute for attending the classes there i was spending approx 2 hours after attended my class i came back at my home Around 12o clock afterthat i did some domestic works at my home and i had lunch chapati with mix veg and afterthat i called to my friend for gave to him notebook afterthat i went to my friend's home to give him his notebook and took there a cup of tea with toast and i spent time there 2 hours afterthat and cameback at my home and then i went to father's office 6o clock to pick him and again came back home after that i was surfing on the internet i used many social media platforms like facebook , instagram or whats app. and around 9o clock i had dinner with my family then i again used my mobile for 1 hours and around 10o clock i went to sleep with my father in his room.

                                                                                           

H.R ; Could you tell me  what is Customer Service According to you ? 

Candidate : Yes, According to me Solve the customers problems Actually customer they have the issues  related our product orservices and give the personalize assistance to who those customers are using our product or services this is called customer service.

                                                                           

H.R ; brief me what is E Commerce industry according to you ?

Candidate : Sir/Mam According to me in the easy way E commerce industry is the  platform there we can buying or selling the products and services with the help of the internet this is called E commerce.

                                                               

H.R ; what is the difference between confidence or Over confidence ?

Candidate : in the simple words : if i say "i can do it" this is called confidence.

                                                          if i say "only i can do it" this is called over Confidence.

                                                         

          

H.R ; tell me why should we hire you in our organization ?

Candidate : Mam/Sir i know very well many candidates also come here who also eligible for this job  but i am very hungry to learn new things and i love communicate with the different peoples and the main thing is i want earn more money i will do the extra efforts in my work, if you are giving to me the golden opportunity i am definitely give my best performance. i know this industry is better platform for earn more money.

                                                                         

H.R ; tell me How can you handle the angry customer during the call ?

Candidate : firstly Mam/sir we are listen carefully of the customers issues

                     Apologize from the customer for the facing issue

                     Give the relevant solution according his problems

                    Always Greeting the customers during the opening or closing time.

                    Always be politely speaks form the customers

                    Ask for any another issue he is facing or not from the customers. 

                    Take the feedback for our service form the customers.

                                                                      

H.R ; What is the salary expectations from your side?

Candidate : Mam/Sir its totally Depends on my Skills and last salary Package from my previous organization but still i want salary hike From last salary Package.
